I have just had 2 crowns in my teeth and it was explained in full what the procedure entailed. It was done in 2 appointments by Yathesa with the support of Kriti (the dental nurse). It was completely painless and I was kept informed throughout the procedure. I am very happy with the results and appreciate the way I was cared for.
Having been petrified of dentists for many, many years I had to make an appointment earlier in the year due to severe toothache. This visit outlined that there was much work needed, of varying degrees. During this time, I have mainly been treated by Yathesa and not only has he provided the treatment with respect, he took my fears into account and made me feel at ease. Today was the last bit of work needed and I attended with none of the usual anxiety. Can’t recommend the New Street dental team enough. Thank you for everything.
I can not recommend Yathesa enough, he is definitely my person! I’m a nervous patient and he kept me so calm. Dentist nurse Nayan was wonderful too, stayed by my side and reminded me to breathe. Complex tooth removal was done within 15 minutes, lovely and quick just how I asked for it to be. I’m so pleased, thank you both

James has been our dentist for the past 10 years including years at his former dental practice. James's work is always of the highest standard and he outlines clearly what remedial work is necessary using photographs and an estimate of cost before he proceeds.I wouldn't say that I am an easy patient to work on as I have a strong gagging reflex but his patience and understanding gives me the trust and reassurance I need.He is always well supported by friendly and very efficient dental assistants.I would also like to mention Lauren the hygienist who is professional and caring and offers sound advice on maintaining good oral hygiene.Many thanks to all the team including the receptionists.
