“I am incredibly grateful for the superb care, compassion and extremely thoughtful aftercare shown by Dr James Mackenzie following a tooth extraction. James was very aware of my fear of major dental treatment and kindly referred me to have a troublesome tooth removed under sedation. Following the procedure, I unfortunately experienced an infection, which James was very quick to book me in to treat and followed up with regular phone check-ins until we were both happy that the extraction site was healed. My previous experiences with dentists in Andover have been distressing, hurried and uncaring. James has given me confidence to visit the dentist, knowing I will be looked after.”

I have just had 2 crowns in my teeth and it was explained in full what the procedure entailed. It was done in 2 appointments by Yathesa with the support of Kriti (the dental nurse). It was completely painless and I was kept informed throughout the procedure. I am very happy with the results and appreciate the way I was cared for.

Having been petrified of dentists for many, many years I had to make an appointment earlier in the year due to severe toothache. This visit outlined that there was much work needed, of varying degrees. During this time, I have mainly been treated by Yathesa and not only has he provided the treatment with respect, he took my fears into account and made me feel at ease. Today was the last bit of work needed and I attended with none of the usual anxiety. Can’t recommend the New Street dental team enough. Thank you for everything.

I can not recommend Yathesa enough, he is definitely my person! I’m a nervous patient and he kept me so calm. Dentist nurse Nayan was wonderful too, stayed by my side and reminded me to breathe. Complex tooth removal was done within 15 minutes, lovely and quick just how I asked for it to be. I’m so pleased, thank you both

I had an emergency dental appointment today and cannot recommend this practice highly enough.From the moment I contacted the practice, the reception team were kind, caring, professional and incredibly efficient. They immediately put me at ease during what was a very stressful situation.A special thank you to James, who is quite simply the best dentist I have ever seen. As a very nervous patient, I was anxious about the appointment, but James was calm, reassuring and took the time to explain everything clearly. His knowledge and professionalism were outstanding, and he was gentle throughout the treatment taking time to help me.Most importantly, he did a fabulous job and gave me my smile back. I felt completely cared for and in safe hands from start to finish.Thank you to everyone at the practice for such exceptional care. This is definitely my dental practice from now on, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone.

I recently had some challenges with my teeth and was feeling quite self conscious about my smile. From the very beginning, the team at New Street Dental Care were supportive, understanding and professional throughout.I first met with Hollie, who really helped me understand the issues I was facing and talked me through the options in a calm and reassuring way. Her support made a big difference and gave me confidence moving forward.Yathesa then carried out the treatment and I’m genuinely delighted with the results. I now have a consistent, natural looking white smile again, which has made a huge difference to my confidence.
